This go-round, we will read Scaramouche by Raphael Sabatini.  The books are in and there is a two page info sheet to go along with it.  Part of the info sheet is about the book itself including a summary of the parts.  The other part of the info sheet has some history about Commedia dell'Arte.  Also, this book is available as a free download from Google (gutenberg.org) and there is a free audio version available from Librivox.org

See you next month.

We have gone live with Evergreen and COOL!

The Germantown Public Library has gone live on the Evergreen catalog system, as a member of the Consortium of Ohio Libraries shared catalog.

Evergreen is an open-source integrated library system (a fancy way of saying computerized library catalog) that was originally developed by the Pines Library System in Georgia.  To learn more about Evergreen visit www.open-ils.org
